Irssi and ThinkPad T41

As I woke up this morning, I finally decided to install and configure my favourite communication tool Irssi (terminal based IRC client called Irssi) to our "old" IBM ThinkPad T41 with Xubuntu 8.04.

Irssi is highly customizable and I cannot think of anything critical missing from it. Various layout themes also availabe, which is nice! Or you can just simply make your own...

I went on with a theme called Liszt at first. The screenshot will not give the theme any credit, so I won't be offering it here, just a download link (the default theme of Irssi is also very usable).

Xubuntu or Not?

I have been recently trying to figure out which operating system to install...
Is it Xubuntu, which I know well (and like a lot), or something else...
